The beer's not the only thing getting tapped.

CALLIE

I have a secret. It’ll get me fired if my boss ever finds out…which shouldn’t be a problem except for one thing: my coworker, Reid Morgan.

He’s cocky, aggravating, and that hot-as-sin mouth simultaneously makes me want to slap him and melt into the mattress.

Now that he’s discovered my secret, he’s doing everything in his power to take my job.

REID

I have a problem: my pint-size spitfire of a coworker who’s primed to take my promotion.

She’s infuriating, sexy as hell, and I just can’t seem to keep my hands off her.

Now we’re both vying for the same position…and only one of us can come out on top.

MyReadulterylife Review

I was so excited to read Tap That, as I have read both R.C Boldt and Jennifer Blackwood separately, I was wondering how both authors would be able to bring both their unique styles and complement each other. They did not let me down. I had laugh out moments, sizzling chemistry and witty banter.

In the book we meet Callie, who has just landed a job at On Tap Brewery. A job that she doesn’t really deserve, why? She kind of lied to get where she wanted. She has not knowledge about Breweries, she doesn’t even like beer. Still, she is determined to keep this job. No matter how much of an ass Reid is to her. Callie was extremely relatable, she had her fair share off embarrassing and funny moments.

Reid wants Callie gone! How dare she take his promotion! He’s worked so hard at On Tap Brewery. To top it off he has to show Callie the ropes. Not only does he have to look after Callie, he also must keep his hands to himself, which is proving to be somewhat difficult. Reid was engaging, you wanted Reid to get the job even at the expense of Callie.

The constant rivalry between Callie and Reid was very entertaining to read. You could feel the chemistry between the characters from the get go, my only wish was that there was more arguing between the characters.

Tap That was a fun read, there were moments that had laugh out loud giggles and time where you wanted to bash their heads together. These elements combined beautifully and provided a lovely enemy to lover’s romance.

**** 4 Stars.
