My Readultery Life Review
Come A Little Closer is the first book that I have read from Kim Karr, so I wasn’t aware of the writing style that Kim Karr has. But I can honestly say that I am looking forward to reading more of her work.
In Come A Little Closer we meet Jaxson who is about experience an opportunity of a lifetime. Shooting for Sports Illustrated: Swimsuit Edition. That is until his flight is cancelled. Now, he’s planning on drinking the night away until he sees Sadie.
Sadie has always been a good girl but due to recent circumstances, her life is in tatters. Down on her luck and with no other choice, Sadie must make some choices that make her the bad girl. This leads her straight to Jaxson.
Because off Sadie’s light-fingered activities, Jaxson is left without his expense cameras, making it very difficult for him to work.
But once a good girl, always a good girl, right? Will Sadie be able to follow through? What happens when you push a man to his limits?  You’ll have to read the book to find out what I mean.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading these characters story, Jaxson’s dirty mouth and Sadie’s sass offer us readers, plenty of laugh out loud moments. Although they start off on a rocky road, you can see their relationship develop and fall in love. It offers that nice slow burn and gives us just the right mix of sexiness.
So, if your looking for the right mix of intrigue, secrets, heat, beauty, pain and love then this is the perfect book for you.
