My Readultery Life Review

In Cheeky Royal we are introduced to Sebastian Winston, the crown price to the Winston Isles. Who from a young age has known that one day the kingdom will be his. But that doesn’t necessarily mean he wants it.

After a tense conversation with his father, the king, Sebastian takes off. While he loves his country, he just isn’t prepared to give up everything. He just needs some time to find a solution.

Enter, Penny.

Penny, is a young woman who is trying to find her way while dealing with the pressure of joining the family business, serving in the Royal Guard.

Penny has been assigned the task of bringing the prince home. A task that she’s not sure she can achieve.
I adored this book, when I started reading, I just couldn’t out this book down.

I loved Penny, she is a reminder that being perfect can be so boring and from one klutz to another I felt her pain. Although she did supply this reader with plenty of laughable moments.

Not living up to her family’s expectations was heart breaking to read. Especially the scene with her brother made me love Penny so much more. She does an amazing job, locating the prince and keeping him safe.
Sebastian, well he was a pleasure to read. First impressions, are those of a negative nature. But throughout the book you see the significant personal grown that makes him such an enjoyable character to read.

The chemistry between Penny and Sebastian was HOT!!! Both characters try to fight their feelings but once they give in, they are on fire. It will be interesting to see where their relationship goes.

Just be prepared to wait, as Cheeky Royal, does end on a cliff-hanger, one that I didn’t see coming and one that very well may change things, for the better? Who knows.

This story is filled with adventure, humour, romance and of course family drama. Nane Malone is a brand-new author to me, but I enjoyed the journey that she took me on. She had a way with her writing, I was sucked into the pages and could feel the emotional roller-coaster that the characters went on.

Ultimately this story is about finding yourself, one that everyone can relate to at one point in their lives.
