Review
3 Times the
Heat by Sapphire Knight will get your heart racing with the panty dropping
scenes. This story is a second chance romance that melts the heart. I have to
admit that while I enjoyed the story it didn’t make a huge impact on me, but if
you’re looking for an easy read then this is the perfect story.
We are
introduced to Clyde, a hot, sexy, stubborn alpha rancher. Not ready to forgive
his childhood sweetheart, he doesn’t try to engage with her when she comes to
the ranch. But when Shyla puts her mind to get Clyde back, there is no way he
can hold off forgiving her.
Shyla knows she
made a mistake when she said no to Clyde’s proposal. Having returned to her
hometown she intends to get back the one man she has only ever loved. She knows
it won’t be easy but then Shyla is prepared to fight dirty.
I enjoyed the twist
of the heroine trying her hardest to win back the heart of the hero, it’s not
often come across in novels out today, which was fun to read. This unusual twist
gave me elements of surprise, laughter and one moment of skinny dipping that
got my pulse racing.
So, if your
looking for a light, easy read that offers you a good balance of storyline and
sexy time be sure to check out 3 Times the Heat.
