My Readultery Life Review

It absolutely breaks my heart when I must write a review for a book that I didn’t finish. It pains me to do this to an author like Willow Winters because her stories are amazing, but for some reason I just couldn’t get into Heartless.

I thoroughly enjoyed Merciless and was really looking forward to seeing where Willow takes the characters and story too.  But this time around I couldn’t connect to the characters in the same way I did in the first book. This alone made it difficult for me to enjoy the story, which is a shame because I am totally loving the darkness in this story.

Personally, I think I may have to re-read the first book and then dive straight into this book, so that I don’t lose the connection and emotion that I experienced in Merciless. This maybe be a series where I may have to wait for all off the books to be written and published and do a complete read through.

I absolutely love Willow Winters and her stories. My review no way reflects on how talented this author truly is.
