My Readultery Life Review

MVP is book two from Laramie Briscoe’s MVP Duet, and I could wait to pick up right were left off in the previous book.

MVP follows our couple Slade and Malone as they begin to tackle married life. Of course, married life has its ups and downs and throw in the media and you can be certain that this story will have a few bumps in the road.

Throughout the book Slade and Malone must learn to communicate with each other to ensure they keep their relationship working. While continuing to grow as individuals and find themselves a routine and ultimately find out what works for them as a married couple.

While this story isn’t filled with drama, it was great to see our characters grow into their own skin as adults with responsibilities. Chemistry between the couple was never an issue this story focused on keep elements on how a marriage is all about communication and love.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this story and I loved to see Malone and Savage’s relationship evolve!
